There is no timer for the next move

Welcome to where people’s career are now truly in your realm of influence and responsibility. Every chess move becomes more difficult and its repercussions more impactful.

You will need to focus on two questions that will be at the forefront of all you are from here on in, “how do I evaluate and develop my team to support the potential redesign of the organization (yes, from your level of influence and oh yes, contraction and expansion can happen quickly around you) AND “where is or are the industries I touch headed”?

These two questions will have multiple versions over the next 20-30 years of yoru career.

So what should be the next move? Here is where ministry comes in, strengthening those that want to be stronger and guiding those that don’t know they need the help. Those are the chess pieces that require more attention and time until they are big enough and strong enough to not need your direct involvement.

Now the commoner’s way of evaluation, no books, PhD’s just good old fashion, “listening with your heart and hearing with your ears”.
