You have arrived. Things here will look different, feel different and also sound different. Character is doing the right thing when no one is looking..."remember that?

Don't forget who you were and are and don't worry so much about being part of the, "club", they eventually all fade away anyway. Focus on people and achievement.

Start looking around and down the chess board. It will have 3 times the pieces , complexity and the audience will be unsure of you as a player for a while. Remember, just when you think that you have thought big enough, think bigger.

Here is where you still sponge as a student and process as a mad scientist. Don't speak PhD, as folks may think you are either arrogant or intimidating based on their insecurity or uncertainty.

Balance your time, energy and emotions. Focus professional time on YOU, team, leadership and company. Exactly in that order OR you will be no good to anyone if you are last in this equation.
