You are now moving toward the top of the mountain (sort of speak) , slowly but surely you will be invited into closed door meetings, team assesments. YOUR OPINION will now begin to carry some weight.

Now comes the project ownership part of the tactical layer of your growth. Do not take it for granted, these are golden nuggets. Ensure to commit and go , "all in" on everything that you do, PEOPLE are counting on your success and most importantly .....YOU.

Do not take a myopic view of the project, look beyond it and all of the pieces it touches. Remember you have spent many years in the operational level to be able to touch and see most things, this is where that hand on experience gives you the upper hand.
